Order process

HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER? HOW CAN I PAY?

  • Find all the items you like and add them to your cart by pressing the "BUY NOW" button dedicated to the product.
  • Proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart in the upright corner and click "checkout" button.
  • After entering your shipping details, you can select your method of payment and continue to pay for your order.

MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • If you're still receiving an error message after reviewing your payment information, billing and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser.
  • If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Customer Support at Info@woodenworldmap.net

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

SHIPPING:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Most orders ship within 3-5 days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Our shipping time in general is 5-10 days with UPS SAVER 
  • If you have not received your order within 25 days of your order shipment, please contact us at info@woodenworldmap.net

WHERE CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

  •  All discount codes are entered during checkout. Please write your discount code to a box dedicated to the codes during checkout.
